Savory Kale Chips (raw)
1 bunch of curly Kale
1/3 cup tahini
2 Tbsp Tamari
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup water
1 scallion
1 garlic clove
2 Tblsp. Lemon juice
1/8 cup nutritional yeast
Wash and dry Kale and remove large stems. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour over Kale and mix thoroughly with hands until well coated. Place on Teflex sheet on top of mesh screen. Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 6 hours or until crispy. Store in airtight container in cool dark place.
